The results and reports generated by VRRX are investigational and interpretative in nature. Clinical decisions, including diagnosis and treatment, remain the sole responsibility of the treating physician. VRRX does not guarantee specific clinical outcomes and shall not be held liable for treatment decisions or outcomes based on the use of its reports.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.
- 100% advance payment is required before sample processing is initiated.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws.
4. Sample Acceptance & Testing
All biological samples are subject to technical and viability assessment upon receipt.
Testing timelines depend on factors including sample quality, logistics, and laboratory workflow.
If a sample is found to be unsuitable or non-viable, VRRX will notify the customer and determine the appropriate next course of action in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Privacy & Confidentiality
VRRX maintains strict confidentiality of patient information and biological samples. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Anonymized and de-identified data may be used for internal research, validation, quality improvement, and scientific advancement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
