At VRRX Therapeutics Pvt. Ltd., we provide personalized laboratory-based precision oncology services. As each test involves dedicated laboratory resources and processing of individual patient samples, the following policy governs cancellations and refunds.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the biological sample is collected or received at our laboratory. Once sample processing has commenced, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to the customized nature of the service.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Payment received but the service could not be initiated due to reasons attributable to VRRX.
- The submitted sample is found to be non-serviceable or non-viable before laboratory testing begins.
Where applicable, refunds for non-serviceable samples may be processed after deduction of logistics, consumables, and preliminary processing costs incurred by VRRX.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable if:
- Laboratory testing has been initiated.
- Sample processing has commenced successfully.
- The customer chooses to discontinue the service after testing has begun.
- Delays occur due to sample quality, transportation, or circumstances beyond the control of VRRX.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.
